Chapter 1 System management
1.1 User
Only elevator factory administrator are authorised to perform User, to add, edit and delete users. User can be elevator factory ordinary user, maintenance company administrator, maintenance technician, property staff and etc. This function is only to manage user information, as for what kind of user permission, is depend on the binding between user and which type of role being bound. User information is including user name, initial password, name, sex, company, occupation, telephone, email and etc. Where the password is for the user to change by him in future. User may lock in to system by using user name and password, according to user binding’s role’s authority to display corresponding menu.

1.2 Role Administration
A resource corresponding to a function of an system, role is a combination of several resources. After creating a role by clicking on a binding to bind a several resources together hence to have an effective role. After binding the user and role, then the user will have the permission to use several function, after user has lock in to system, it will display corresponding menu. If the role of the user binding has WeChat maintenance or WeChat monitoring function, then he can lock in to WeChat public platform to monitor to maintain, every formation of maintenance company, system will automatically form a maintenance company administrator’s role.
1.2.1 Role administration page
After selecting a role and click on [create sub-role], pop-up a sub-role adding dialogue. Where [Role code] is help role classification with alpha-numeric cross line combination, elevator factory may edit the sorting by it’s own rules, as long as not duplicated. Role name is shown on the screen as text name, can be repeated.

1.3 User role binding
Newly created user does not bind to any role, this user does not have any permission, cannot do anything. After user has done the role binding, then only will possess all the permission of the role. After selected an user, then select several roles, and then click on [binding], then only the user will possess the permission of all the bound roles.

1.4 Elevator administration
Display all elevator information in a list. After click on [detail] button, this will pop-up the elevator detail information page. Click [Add]/[Edit] to add or edit elevator information. Where [IMSI] and [BS No.] can be retrieve from WCR. If it is using WCR (no SIM card) with GPRS module, fill in “13800000000” to [SIM card no]. [Terminal type] including [WCR], [coordinator], [Terminal] three types. Select [WCR] when using WCR, not required to fill in [Coordinator BS No.]. When using Zigbee community ad hoc network, according to the actual situation to select [Coordinator] or [Terminal], when [Terminal] is selected, fill in the corresponding coordinator’s BS No.

Click on “retrieve geographical location” button on add/edit page, map page will pop-up, to obtain the elevator’s latitude and longitude information, as picture shown below:

1.5 Elevator role binding
Newly added elevator only bind with elevator factory administrator role, other user cannot view this elevator. After selected the elevator and then select several role with it, and then click on [binding], then those same role binding user can view this elevator.

1.6 Maintenance company management
Elevator factory administrator is able to add multiple maintenance company and their administrator. Every addition maintenance company, the system will automatically create a maintenance company administrator role, and automatically bind with elevator company administrator user. Maintenance company administrator user will not appear in user management list, if deleting or editing is required, it must be done in maintenance company administration page. After maintenance company administrator has lock in to the system, he can enter the maintenance platform and monitoring platform, he can only view those elevators which are limited to role which are assigned by elevator factory administrator. When creating maintenance technician for the maintenance company, it can be done by using maintenance company administrator role to create maintenance technician role, and then create maintenance technician user, lastly bind the maintenance technician user with maintenance technician role.

HomePage management manage the picture of homepage,you can add/edit picture,you can define the order of the pictures.

1.8 Style Selection
Style selection can define the style of page,select a style records, click on "use", then refresh the page, can change into the choiced style, and click "details", to browse pictures style.
