Chapter 1 Maintenance platform user instruction

Visit to maintenance administration homepage.

1.1 Maintenance record

Every maintenance will form a maintenance record. Which is including elevator information under maintenance, maintenance technician information, maintenance program information, maintenance procedure and uploaded data, score and evaluation. Administrator can click on [detail] button to open the detail page of maintenance record. Whereby it will list all the executed maintenance program including all procedures, data uploaded by maintenance technician and etc. Administrator may click on the data uploading link to check the uploaded images, geographical location and etc, it can also download voice and video files. Lastly, rating the maintenance situation and generating the review. The rating and review will be sent to maintenance technician so to improve maintenance methods.

1.2 Maintenance program

Maintenance program is the combination of maintenance procedures, every maintenance program can be assigned to every elevator. While maintenance technician is maintaining, according to the preset program, step-by-step to perform the maintenance procedures and to upload required data. A same maintenance program can be assigned to a several elevators. User can use the drag and drop method to group the maintenance procedures together.

1.3 Maintenance procedure management

Maintenance procedure is referred to the basic maintenance operation. Every step of maintenance procedure is including operation contents and required data collection type. Data collection type is including text, image, voice, video, location and etc. The administrator is able to evaluate the maintenance result through data uploaded by maintenance technician. For example, through the geographic location information, one can judge the maintenance technician whether has reach the scene and etc. Through the maintenance permutation, it can form the maintenance program. So maintenance procedure can be reused.

1.4 Program binding

Program binding is referred to an elevator specific operation of a maintenance program. After selecting the elevator, user shall select program, click on [binding] to bind program.

1.5 User binding

User binding is referred to an elevator operation of the several appointed maintenance technician. After user has selected elevator, the right side will show already bound and unbound user list. User may use drag and drop method to bind or unbind user. After selected, click [binding] to bind user.

1.6 Maintenance plan

Administrator shall set the maintenance date for every elevator, so that the maintenance plan is created. The maintenance technician may check the maintenance task calendar via WeChat.
